About the role

TEC Services Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Qualified Plumber to join our team in Port Hedland, WA on a full-time basis. As a Qualified Plumber, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality plumbing services to our diverse range of residential and commercial clients in the local area.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing expert solutions to our customers
• Install, maintain and repair a wide range of plumbing systems and fixtures
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards
• Provide exceptional customer service and liaise with clients throughout projects
• Collaborate with other trades professionals as part of integrated project teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our plumbing services

What we're looking for

• Formal qualifications as a Plumber, with a valid Plumbing license
• Extensive experience working as a Qualified Plumber, ideally in a similar role and environment
• Strong practical skills in the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to diagnose and resolve complex issues
• Customer-focused approach with superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
