We’re partnering with one of Australia’s most respected mining organisations to recruit a Contracts Superintendent to lead the Fixed Plant Construction Category within their Sustaining Capital division. This FIFO opportunity (6:2 roster from Perth) offers the chance to work on high-impact construction programs vital to long-term safety, reliability, and plant performance—such as Dust Suppression, Gas Treatment Units, Guarding, and Overhead Protection systems.

In this leadership role, you’ll manage the full commercial lifecycle of major workstreams—developing strategy, running tenders, administering contracts, and guiding supplier relationships. You’ll also lead a team of four Contracts Specialists and work closely with the senior leadership group to drive commercial performance across the portfolio.

This isn’t just about managing contracts—it’s about influencing capital strategy, mentoring talent, resolving complex claims, and aligning procurement outcomes with business goals. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Projects, Engineering, and Site Operations, using your expertise to navigate challenges and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
