Contracts Administrator

What You'll Do:

• Work on commercial construction projects valued upwards of $5M
• Manage and negotiate subcontractor agreements and packages
• Oversee contractor changes, including variations
• Handle procurement processes, tendering, cost management, and budgeting
• Liaise with subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and site staff to ensure smooth project delivery

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial or industrial construction projects valued over $1M
• A degree in Construction Management or a relevant field
