About Us
National Cold Logistics operates a busy fleet of fixed and semi-trailer road vehicles. We are seeking an experienced and trade-qualified diesel mechanic to join our on-site workshop in Palmwoods.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance and repair of our fleet.
- Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues effectively.
- Ensuring adherence to safe working practices.
- Supervising and mentoring an apprentice (if applicable).
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Trade qualifications as a Diesel Mechanic.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in preventative maintenance planning.
- A commitment to safety and a strong work ethic.
- The ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Volvo trucks .
- Experience supervising apprentices (highly regarded).
Additional Information
This position includes some weekend work.
