We are looking for remedial massage therapists and myotherapists to join our vibrant, friendly team (please note this is a true independent contractor position).

We have Monday, and popular Friday available, Saturdays , Sundays position available.

We are offering the successful applicant:

Excellent income earning potential, well above industry average

Excellent work-life balance. Hours worked are your choice inside of room availability. Rooms are available either mornings (8am - 2:30pm-ish) or evenings (2:30 - 9pm-ish) during the week. Choose your own hours in these timeframes - the only limitation is your set finish time (for morning sessions) or start time (for evening sessions) to ensure therapists aren't double-booked in rooms. Sunday availability includes an open choice of hours.

Time between each appointment, your choice if that's 10 mins or 30 mins – no back-to-back treatments here, relax & enjoy your work so your clients can too

Successful applicants will possess the following:

Minimum qualification of Diploma of Remedial Massage essential.

Massage therapy association membership, insurances & must have the ability to gain health fund provider numbers for our location

Myotherapists & Musculoskeletal Therapists encouraged to apply.
Experience preferred, however we are happy to have new diploma graduates .

Fantastic communicator. Able to build rapport quickly & values a high standard of customer service and customer focus.

Team player - shows the utmost respect for others in a team, communicates well and works harmoniously with others.

Desire for & commitment to long-term reliable workplace

Independent capable therapist, has or keen to develop client rapport, rebooking and other business skills around their current excellent technical skills

Positive abundance mindset - active commitment to personal development desired

Willing to work at least some evening and / or week end work - as this is where the majority of our client overflow demand lies. Therapists wanting to work solely evenings / week ends encouraged to apply. Therapists wanting to work daytime / school hours only welcome to apply, however we retain the right to prioritise our room use offers to those who can work at least half their committed sessions afterhours.
