About the Role

This isn't your average store manager role. You'll be leading a large-format, high-traffic CBD location with a team of 20-30 staff, backed by one of the most exciting global brands in its category.

The space is operationally complex, commercially driven, and critical to the overall retail and brand experience. From performance management and team engagement to campaign execution and store excellence, this is a key leadership role with real influence.

What We're Looking For

We're looking to connect with experienced store leaders from flagship, full-price, or large-format environments. You'll be someone who can operate at scale and bring a strong blend of operational strength, commercial insight, and people leadership.

You'll bring:

Experience leading large, high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting

Strong operational capability - including stock, compliance, and service standards

A clear understanding of premium/flagship store expectations

Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

A proactive, hands-on approach - able to lead from the front in a complex store
