We are looking for a Retail Store Manager to take charge of our supplement store, lead a

team, and create an exceptional customer experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced

permanent position requiring the person to work on a rotating roster including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.

 Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding

customer service.

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability.

 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve store targets and boost revenue.

 Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive shopping

experience.

 Prepare and analyse sales reports to identify trends and improve performance.

 Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

 Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store events.

 Assist Director in creating marketing strategies for overall marketing.

Requirements:

 Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager in the health and fitness or

supplements industry.

 Preferably a certified personal trainer (CPT) or similar certification.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

 Ability to analyse sales data and develop actionable strategies.

 Proficiency in retail management software and inventory systems.

 Knowledge of supplements, fitness products, or related industries.

 Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
