Duties and responsibilities as a Gaming Attendant include:

Working within our VIP Gaming lounge which consists of 183 EGMs, whilst also providing service in Gaming Cashier, TAB and KENO

Assisting customers with machine issues/ on the floor drink service and any questions regarding our Nexus Loyalty Program

Being a brand ambassador of our Nexus Loyalty system

Providing constant Customer service whilst working from the gaming floor

The successful candidate will need to possess:

A genuine interest in delivering personalised customer service with excellence

An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, without sacrificing the finer detail

A current RSA & RSG is required

minimum2 years experience in a gaming environment

Must be available to work weekend and nights
