Bar & Gaming Attendant with Supervisor shifts.

An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Bar & Gaming Attendant to join the Ayr Anzac Memorial Club on a casual basis, with the potential to convert to part-time or full-time for the right applicant after a qualifying period.

We are seeking a motivated and energetic leader experienced in Beverage & Gaming Supervision and the delivery of premium service.

Our venue is very modern and fully card based. 70 Machine site.

You will be responsible for training and developing your team and creating a service experience for our members that separates us from the pack.

You must be reliable and committed to working a range of shifts that include mainly afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays. The Club does not trade past midnight.

The Criteria:

Demonstrated history of driving premium service across Beverage and/or Gaming;

Strong knowledge of all bar and gaming functions;

Experience in supervising and performing gaming / wagering and cash handling duties

Experience leading and training a team of staff;

A reliable, hard working and honest work ethic;

Resilience under pressure and the ability to manage multiple tasks;

Availability to work a rotation of days/nights/weekends;

Current QLD RSG & RSA is essential; and

A current police check or willing to obtain if successful.

Must be able to work independently including but not limited to processing Jackpot payouts and machine faults. Ability to reconcile ATM’s and CRT’s would be desirable.
