About the Role:
We’re looking for a warm, compassionate, and skilled Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in our Fear Less Phobia Clinic, that delivers the Sydney Phobia Clinic’s driving phobia program.

You’ll work alongside other treating psychologists and allied health professionals, with full supervision and training provided.
As part of this role, you will:

Work with a diverse client base, tailoring therapy to individual needs

Deliver a step-by-step program: initial assessments, targeted CBT sessions, and VR-based exposure therapy

Support clients funded through Medicare, NDIS, Workers' Compensation, and the CTP insurance scheme

Help diversify our patient portfolio in ways that align with your interests

Work collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment

About Our Psychology Team:
Our psychology department is supported by a dedicated admin team; professionals who help ensure you can focus on providing excellent client care.

You’ll also receive professional guidance from two of IOH’s most experienced leaders:

Dr Rebecca Deloraine – Clinical Psychologist

Daniel Billingham – Registered Psychologist

About you
You are:

A Registered Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, or Clinical Registrar with AHPRA

Passionate about helping people recover, grow, and regain independence

Confident with (or open to) CBT and exposure-based therapies, including virtual reality

A team player who thrives in a supportive, inclusive workplace

Curious, motivated, and committed to ongoing development
