About the role

As Part-time Cleaner you will be part of the Cleaning team and responsible for cleaning at multiple sites across council. Your main focus will be to ensure buildings have been cleaned to a high standard and operate in a safe and hygienic manner.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure work and public spaces are clean
• Follow safe cleaning practices
• Work under general supervision
• Maintain allocated buildings and their facilities in a clean, hygienic, and presentable condition

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• The ability to undertake shift work at the hours and locations required of the position
• Maintain the building and its facilities in a clean, hygienic, and presentable condition
• Periodically clean internal glass surfaces handrails and working surfaces of desk, benches etc.

This is a permanent part time position with a salary commencing at $63,904 (pro rata) plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
