All applicants for the Casual Educator position will need to hold their Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or be studying towards this qualification. Successful applicants will be required to cover sick leave, annual leave and other casual shifts available.

Some of the duties and responsibilities for these positions include, but are not limited to, the following;

Positive role modelling and behaviour management

Implementing the Early Years Learning Framework

General cleaning duties

Nappy changing and participating in routine times.

Participating in staff meetings and Professional Development sessions

Ability to use initiative

Engaging in reflective practice and positive change

Supervision of children at all times

Observations of children to supplement documentation
