Administration Assistant (Part-Time) Melbourne Based

Are you seeking understanding, flexibility, autonomy and growth?
Due to an expanding portfolio of clients, Brickies Network – The Bricklayers Association Australia is searching for an outgoing and organised individual to join our team.
This is a work-from-home role to start, with occasional face-to-face meetings required, so applicants based in Melbourne is a must.
The role offers 8–10 hours per week across 2–3 consistent days, making it ideal for parents of school-aged children or anyone seeking flexible part-time work with meaningful impact.
Purpose
Play a key role in delivering an excellent experience for our members and clients
Provide administrative support in alignment with business priorities
Execute deliverables within a small, enthusiastic and dynamic team
Report directly to the General Manager
Key Responsibilities
Inbox and calendar management
Onboarding new clients and setting up payment methods
Customer service and client assistance
Accounts receivable and basic bookkeeping (Xero)
Assistance with quoting, payroll, and invoicing
Handling inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date CRM (Go High Level)
Secondary Responsibilities
Develop and maintain our SOP and policy libraries
General administration and digital file organisation
Support reporting requirements, including preparing BAS documentation
Schedule regular outbound email communications
Order branded print products and merchandise
Organise events and travel logistics when required
Contribute to goals and process improvement

High work standards, integrity, and autonomy
Highly Regarded
Experience using Go High Level CRM platform is a large part of this role.
Familiarity with admin in the construction, trades, or membership-based sectors
