Remuneration - Package includes salary starting at $84,734 base plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the team

This role sits within the Service Delivery Workforce Capacity Planning Team and supports resource planning to align business priorities.

As an Assistant Advisor Resource Planning you will provide administrative, analytical and operational assistance to the resource planning processes including assisting with the development and maintenance of resource plans, analysing data to identify trends, and supporting to ensure that resources are allocated effectively across projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of the annual and quarterly resource planning cycles
    ensuring accurate forecasting and allocation of resources across all projects and initiatives
  • Research and recommend resource management tools and technologies that enable real-time tracking and optimisation of resources.
  • Provide project support, including monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones and
    deliverables, to contribute to the efficient operation of the Team and to ensure time, cost and quality indicators are in line with approved project plans
  • Facilitate resource planning meetings to align on priorities, resolve conflicts, and optimise resource deployment.
  • Undertake basic research and analysis including the analysis of data, trends, feedback to support informed decision-making and planning

Coordinate and manage records and databases, complying with administrative systems, processes and policies, to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible

About you

The Successful applicant will be a motivated team player who has a customer centric mindset and problem-solving skills. In addition, you will have:

*Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload in a high volume, rapidly changing and time pressured environment, with the ability to adjust and balance the competing needs and expectations of customers, stakeholders and day to day operations of the team.
*Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to liaise with Service Delivery leaders and associated business networks.
*Experience working autonomously within a team environment.
