AC Techs Wanted (Installation Wizards & Service Guru's)

You will be working in and around your Melbourne zone (based on where you live)

We are currently seeking technicians who want to grow their skill set to become Team Leaders or site managers. We cover all aspects of Refrigeration and air Conditioning work (breakdown, service, and installations). If you like variety, you will have access to plenty of that. We provide lots of training, so you will also have opportunities for continued skills development.

What your days will look like:
You'll receive a highly organized schedule of jobs (breakdowns/service or installations) on ServiceM8.
You’ll have your own vehicle and be responsible for managing it. That means keeping good stock levels, staying organized, and having the right equipment to complete each task efficiently.
You’ll connect with each customer to ensure you fully understand their requirements and provide them with your best advice for their homes or businesses.
You’ll constantly communicate with the office team so the day runs smoothly. We are all here to help you perform at your best each day!
You’ll be valued and respected for your skill set and experience.

What we are looking for:
A fully qualified AC/Refrigeration Technician (or suitable 4th-year apprentice) with a full driving license and own hand tools (company equipment also provided).
A well-presented individual looking to work in a positive environment and contribute in a positive way.
Somebody who has aspirations to grow their trade skill set or maybe use their skill set to become one of our Team leaders/supervisors.
