Greenhouse Paediatrics is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary therapy and paediatric medicine team in Karrinyup.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm, collaborative, and neuro-affirming environment, supporting children and young people aged 0–18 years with a diverse range of needs. Our clients include children with developmental delays, communication disorders, feeding and swallowing difficulties, intellectual and physical disabilities, and neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD).
We welcome applications from experienced Speech Pathologists seeking a part-time or full-time role within a supportive team that values holistic, family-centred care.
You’ll be working alongside a team of exceptional Developmental and Sleep/Respiratory Paediatricians, with rich opportunities for collaborative consultation and interdisciplinary learning. Our expanding Allied Health team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Clinical Psychologists. Therapy is delivered in the community, and also in our brand-new, purpose-built clinic, complete with a state-of-the-art therapy gym and well-equipped resources to support creative, engaging interventions.
About the Role
At Greenhouse Paediatrics, we support a broad range of children, families, and communities. Our Speech Pathologists are empowered to shape their caseload based on clinical interests, strengths, and areas of expertise, within a highly collaborative, team-based approach.
We provide specialist assessments and evidence-informed interventions across the following areas:
Autism Spectrum Disorders
Language and Communication Delays
Speech Sound Disorders
Social Communication Differences
Early Language Development
Stuttering and Voice Disorders
Feeding and Mealtime Support
Literacy and School-Aged Language Support
Complex Communication Needs and AAC
Collaborative support for children with Emotional and Self-Regulation Challenges
