Qualifications & experience

At least 2 years of experience in painting coupled with formal training

Possession of a valid White Card, personal hand tools, and reliable transportation

Must have EWP - minimum SL License

Tasks & responsibilities

Delivering consistently high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of pride in the finished product

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals with a positive outlook

Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines

Completing assigned tasks as directed by the lead painter or supervisor

Skilfully matching patterns and trimming edges for a seamless finish

Setting up scaffolding, ladders, and drop cloths to shield adjacent areas from paint splashes

Prepping surfaces by stripping old paint and wallpaper, repairing woodwork, filling in holes and cracks, and ensuring surfaces are smooth and sealed

Applying paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers

Must be willing to travel for work, including to regional areas
