Forklogic is a locally owned & operated Company on the Central Coast currently seeking a motivated tradesperson to join our growing team!

The position will require you to work autonomously in the field to meet work load and time lines that fall in line with the customer and Company expectations.

In this role you will be required to work on a range of equipment from Forklifts, Telehandlers, Scissor Lifts & Boom Lifts of varying ages. This equipment is a mix of Company owned rental equipment and customer owned equipment.

The role is 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday with occasional overtime.

Skills & Experience:

· Current unrestricted driver’s license (Record may need to be provided)

· Current trade certificate (Minimum Cert 3 Automotive/Mechanical) is desirable but not a must

· Forklift and/or EWP license is advantageous but not a must (Training provided to successful applicants)

· Prior forklift and/or EWP maintenance experience is advantageous but not a must (Training provided to successful applicants)

· Prior field service experience is advantageous but not a must (Training Provided to successful applicants)

· Ability to demonstrate strong written & verbal communication skills.

· Ability to work using a phone based app to manage allocated jobs.

· Ability to demonstrate strong time management skills.

· Ability to work under pressure & manage sudden change to planned schedule based on breakdown response.

· Demonstrate an understanding of LPG, diesel & electrical systems.

· Demonstrate an understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

· Demonstrate a strong reliable work ethic along with a tidy appearance.

· References must be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Undertaking allocated daily workload and ensure timelines fall in line with Company and customer expectations.

· Ability to manage the time you leave home based on job location.

· Undertake general maintenance and repairs including: general servicing, brake overhauls and hydraulic cylinder overhauls (to name a few).

· Undertake fault finding & troubleshooting ensuring all faults are rectified and addressed within Company expectations.

· Provide diligence and a thorough eye for all components and possible repairs to ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard.

· Ability to ensure Company provided vehicle and equipment is maintained to a satisfactory standard.
