About the role

DMG Truck Electrics is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician Tradesman to join our team in Albury, New South Wales. This is a full-time position that will see you working on a diverse range of heavy vehicles and machinery, providing expert electrical services and repairs. As a key member of our workshop, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each vehicle that leaves our shop meets every requirement of our customers .

Job Description

Diagnose, service and repair electrical and electronic systems on a variety of heavy vehicles and machinery

Install, test and commission new electrical and electronic components and equipment

Undertake fault-finding, troubleshooting and repairs to a high standard

Maintain detailed records and provide timely updates on all work undertaken

Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service

Assist with workshop operations and contribute to a safe, efficient and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Qualified Auto Electrician with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

Sound knowledge of electrical and electronic systems, diagnostics and repair processes for heavy vehicles and machinery

Proficient with the use of specialised testing equipment and tools

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Current driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
