About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable candidate with exceptional experience using Employment Hero to support the successful consolidation of three existing systems—BambooHR, LiveHire, and Cheops—into Employment Hero. Working closely with the HR, Payroll, and IT teams, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, accurate, and timely transition, aligning data structures and processes across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end implementation of Employment Hero across the business
• Consolidate data and workflows from BambooHR, LiveHire, and Cheops into the Employment Hero platform
• Conduct data mapping, cleansing, validation, and migration activities
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to document existing processes and system requirements
• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure integration success
• Support user testing, training, and documentation development for system roll-out

About You

• Prior experience using Employment Hero is a must
• Previous experience supporting HRIS or payroll/HR systems implementation or migration projects would be beneficial
• Familiarity with BambooHR, LiveHire, and/or Cheops highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and data handling skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently in a part-time capacity
