We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Neurophysiology Scientist to join our clinic to work on a part time basis for 1 day a week. You will be based in our busy clinic at St John of God Subiaco Hospital. In this role, you will perform EEG’s for new and existing patients, ensuring excellent ongoing care.

Additionally, you will perform 24 hours studies when required and oversee administrative duties such as patient record management, performing inpatient EEG’s on the wards and liaising with physicians.

A key focus of this role is contributing to a high-quality patient experience with your professional, friendly and calm manner.

This is a unique opportunity with full training provided. Ideal for individuals with a background in neuroscience, allied health, or those with clinical experience who are passionate about patient care.

Conduct neurophysiological tests, including standard, sleep deprived and 24 hour EEG's.

Collaborate closely with the neurologist to provide accurate and timely neurophysiological assessments.

Analyse and document test results, ensuring comprehensive and precise reports for patient records.

A high level of attention to detail and personal time management.

Appropriate computer, technical and scientific skills.

Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Desirable Criteria:

A tertiary level degree in a health science related field

Experience working in a healthcare related field

Current First Aid Certificate

Current Working With Children Certificate
