We're looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Delphi Engineer to drive development of cutting-edge tools that deliver real-time insights, analytics, and alerts.

• Lead a high-performing team working on enterprise-grade products across energy, trading, and risk management.
• Drive innovation in architecture, cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and secure, high-availability systems.

Your responsibilities:

• Guide and inspire a small talented team using agile methodologies.
• Oversee development of high-performance, secure, and scalable applications.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver business value and continuous improvements.
• Drive technical excellence through automation, modern development practices, and strong architecture.
• Respond to incidents and ensure critical systems maintain availability and integrity.

Your background:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Leadership experience in team environments, including mentoring and delivery management.
• Strong experience in Delphi. Good to have JavaScript
• Expertise in CI/CD, cloud technologies, REST APIs, and high-performance systems.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive outcomes.

The role is Sydney or Melbourne-based for the candidates with full working rights in Australia (PR or Citizenship).
