We're on the hunt for a visionary Fashion Designer for our brands 2EROS and SUPAWEAR, who’s not only creative and detail-oriented but also excited to embrace cutting-edge tools like AI and streamline the entire design-to-production journey.

🧠 What You’ll Do
As our new designer, you'll play a central role in our creative and production team, using both human creativity and AI-powered tools to accelerate development and deliver top-tier designs. You’ll collaborate across departments and contribute to shaping the future of two bold, identity-driven brands.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Curating seasonal mood boards to define brand direction
Exploring trends using AI tools and traditional forecasting
Designing print patterns, graphics, and textiles
Selecting fabrics and developing AI-assisted textile simulations
Creating design concepts and variations for internal review
Preparing detailed tech packs, ensuring SKU precision and manufacturability
Managing the design lifecycle through to sample approvals and production
Compiling spec sheets and overseeing off-shore communications
Ensuring sample quality control, fit, and final shipment approvals
Partnering with production and suppliers for efficient costings and timelines
Organizing samples and attending fit sessions as needed
Measuring and tracking sample specs to ensure accuracy and consistency
Supporting eCommerce and content shoots — an eye for photography is a huge plus!
🛠️ What You Bring
Degree or Diploma in Fashion and Textiles
1+ year of experience in Fashion Design & Tech Pack Development
Menswear experience preferred; activewear/beachwear a bonus
Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Excel
Bonus points for AI-assisted designs and concepts
Knowledge of garment construction and production workflows
Detail-focused with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
