We are looking for a full-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our team to be actively involved in creating/executing design materials and assist in forming design strategies to meet marketing strategies, as well as start-to-end creative execution.

About the role:

Junior Graphic Designer

In-office, 154 - 156 Adderley Street W, Auburn NSW 2144

Full-time, permanent position

5 days and 38 hours per week

Key duties and Responsibilities:

Creative assets development for all marketing activities. Includes a range of collaterals such as: EDMs, social media, offline/online marketing support, visual merchandising and product design.

Support retail interior, digital signage and window promotional designs.

Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders relevant to the business.

Preparing and designing content/communications for
multiple channels and assets, as well as re-touching photography.

Support the marketing team to ensure consistency of designs across various online/offline projects.

Ability to set up print ready files for external printers.

About you:

Bachelor or equivalent qualifications in graphic design or related fields will be highly regarded.

1 - 2 years’ experience preferred.

Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite including, Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator.

Industry experience that demonstrates you have created and delivered concepts that create demand and drive engagement.

Excellent organisational and problem solving skills to simultaneously manage and coordinate multiple projects at once and under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in working with both internal and external stakeholders including, suppliers and brands.

High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality;

Excellent written and oral communication skills;

A valid Australian visa with the right to work.

Not essential but desirable:

Copywriting skills.

Knowledge in UI & UX and implementation for website projects.

Experience using 3D rendering
