We’re hiring both an Occupational Therapist and a Speech Pathologist to join our small, neuroaffirming private practice in Gatton, QLD. StormiDayz Therapy Services is built on connection, creativity, and genuinely enjoyable therapy experiences for both clients and clinicians.

Our clients include children, teens, and some adults, with a strong focus on supporting neurodivergent individuals. You’ll have access to themed therapy rooms, a supportive team, and the flexibility to shape your caseload and hours around your experience and interests.

This role is perfect for new grads wanting supervision and PD, or experienced clinicians seeking higher pay, autonomy, and a non-corporate feel. Structured KPIs are in place, but we work with you to ensure sustainability and success. Bonus opportunities are also available.

For both roles, you’ll need to be:

Registration with appropriate boards AHPRA/SPA

Values-driven and client-centred

Comfortable working independently (with support when you need it)

Passionate about neuroaffirming, engaging therapy

Kind, flexible, and a strong communicator

Blue Card and Yellow Card (or willing to obtain)

National Police Check

First Aid + CPR

Experience or interest in paediatrics, mental health, or disability
