South West Personnel has been engaged to assist with the next Membrane filter change-out at the Binningup Desalination Plant, commencing 4th July for an estimated month duration.

You will be working in teams, supervised and instructed on the change-out and working off a platform. The role has high aspects of physical and manual handling, and commitment is required for the full duration.

You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 12-hour shifts from the 7th of July to the 30th of July 2025 and be available for training on the 4th July 2025. The Day Shift rate is $46.00/hour flat and Night Shift rate is $51.00/hour flat.

To be considered for this casual work you must:

A current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Be available for all required dates listed above – Including the 4th July for training

Understand safe work practices with the ability to listen and understand work instructions

Be capable for manual handling activities with the ability to work in a physical capacity

Have the ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen prior to commencing

Construction Safety Awareness White Card – advantageous

High Risk Licence: EWP & Forklift – advantageous
