About the Role:

As a General Labourer with Altona, you’ll play a hands-on role in a variety of construction, plumbing, and drainage projects. No two days are the same—you’ll be assisting with site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation while working alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with site preparation, excavation, and backfilling.

Load and unload materials and equipment.

Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.

Follow safety procedures and maintain clean worksites.

Support tradespeople in plumbing, drainage, and construction tasks.

What You Need:

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

White Card.

EWP Licence.

Experience in construction or labouring (preferred but not required).

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
