SERVICE TECHNICIAN / GENERAL MECHANIC

About the role
Join our team as Service Technician / General Mechanic at our Thrive Mobility, Murray Bridge store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager & working closely with the staff, Owner & Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our stores & expansion.
Duties can include, but are not limited to:
· Service, repair & general mechanics of mobility products
· Ensure high levels of presentation of the workshop creating strong impressions for clients
· Delivering & picking up mobility products from customers & suppliers
· Liaise with store staff regarding deliveries, service & repairs
· Effective communication skills explaining service & repairs to customers
· Work together with team members to ensure customers achieve outstanding support & value
Benefits
· Up to $60,000 per year base salary (negotiable) + annual leave, superannuation & entitlements
· Regular working hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday) – not open public holidays

· Use of company delivery van to conduct pick-up & deliveries
Ideal skills & experience
· General mechanical knowledge important & full training provided
· Strong customer experience focus with great communication skills
· Demonstrated track record of completing tasks within timelines
· Able to build strong, professional relationships with stakeholders
· Shown ability to work autonomously
· Effective computer skills
· Patient, caring & cheerful disposition
· Drivers License
· Police Clearance
