ProQuest Recruitment are looking for skilled, reliable, and experienced machine operators who are seeking ongoing opportunities in Dandenong South.

Day shift available 6am-2pm Monday to Friday with OT available $37.19 p/h

MUST be available for OT Monday's to Thursdays and weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Tool setting and running the panel lines
• ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.
• work on the panel line to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities and inventory.
• Ensure the production area is clean, organised and well-stocked.
• Monitor damaged inventory and report issues to the supervisor.
• Pack, label and tag inventory in the factory and yard.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Leader.
• Drive a safety first culture.

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in production and/or manufacturing.
• Strong commitment to safety in the workplace
• Excellent communication skills, able to follow instructions and take on feedback.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised when required
• Proven ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good planning and coordination skills.
• Valid Driver's Licence.
