We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Dispatch Team. You will be responsible for packing and dispatching orders, with a strong focus on handling our unique products safely. Moving stock efficiently and ensuring all dispatches run smoothly is critical to the overall performance of the business with opportunities for you to take ownership within this space.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload deliveries safely

Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders

Ensure all goods are handled and stored with care to prevent damage

Liaise with couriers and customers for efficient dispatch operations

Adhere to workplace safety procedures and company policies

Assisting with the manufacturing of coolroom panels

Helping with general factory tasks and housekeeping

What We’re Looking For:

Valid Forklift License (LF) – essential

Previous experience in a factory, warehouse, or manufacturing setting

Confidence in handling fragile and high-value products

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with manual handling tasks

Willingness to learn and contribute across the factory

A team player with excellent communication skills
