This is a Fixed Term Part Time or Full Time Contract for 3 years commencing from June 2025.

This opportunity is being offered as a Level 2 Clinical Nurse. Increment will be determined by the successful applicant’s skills, knowledge, and ability in the role.

We currently have 2.0 FTE available.

Position Profile: We are seeking to appoint suitably experienced and enthusiastic nurses to the position of Clinical Nurse, within the community health setting. In this role you will be responsible for conducting 12 month and 2-year-old child health appointments in the Armadale West region as part of a funded project. The role is responsible for promoting the health and wellbeing of children, families and specific community groups using a range of health promotion/education and support strategies focusing on the primary health care principals and social determinants of health.

The Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) is proud to be the leading service provider for paediatric healthcare in Western Australia, as the State’s only dedicated health service for infants, children and young people. CAHS is made up four service areas: Neonatology, Community Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), and Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH). Consisting of over 6,500 employees, our services are delivered at PCH and King Edward Memorial Hospital (KEMH), as well as across a network of more than 160 community clinics across the metropolitan area.
