About the role

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers, providing them with information about our services, and guiding them through the car wash process
• Operating the car wash equipment and ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including the wash bays, waiting area, and other common spaces
• Assisting with other general duties as required, such as stocking supplies and performing minor equipment maintenance

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or automotive retail role, preferably in a car wash or similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate and maintain automotive equipment
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
