They are seeking a highly communicative and analytical individual to join their Customer Success team where you will be delivering enterprise SaaS solutions to major banking clients.

The Role

Collaborate with senior stakeholders from banking/ finance clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.

Work closely with business & technical stakeholders to onboard new clients.

Work closely with development teams to design, implement, and test solutions.

Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Implementation or Customer Success or similar within the Finance/ Consultancy domain.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - confident presenting and facing off to senior stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Knowledge of SQL and database management.

Software development background or skills ideally C# would be desirable.
