About the Role
Due to continued growth, Wollongong Service Company is on the lookout for an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to join our dedicated team. You'll be on the front line, diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances both in the field and occasionally in our workshop.

From fridges and washing machines to cooktops and vacuums, you’ll work with trusted brands like Electrolux, Fisher & Paykel, LG, Samsung, Asko and more – we're proud to be authorised service agents for many leading names across the Illawarra.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Troubleshooting and repairing domestic appliances including washing machines, fridges, ovens, dishwashers, and vacuums

Replacing faulty components and ensuring reliable performance

Providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional, friendly manner

Keeping our job management system up-to-date to streamline communication with customers and suppliers

Following all safety procedures and standards

Taking part in ongoing training to stay current with the latest technologies and repair methods

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an appliance repair technician

Trade qualified with Disconnect/Reconnect licence (or willing to obtain on the job)

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team

Valid driver’s licence

Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable work
