Our client is one of the largest and most highly regarded building services consultancies in Australia, with over 400 people nationally, around 100 of which are in Sydney. They've been in the Australian market for many years, developing and building close knit relationships with clients. It's no surprise they're continuing to thrive throughout 2024, even now we're seeing the market tighten.

You'll get hands on with some pretty exciting projects that'll be worth a mention on your portfolio. They leverage from existing relationships in the education, defence, commercial and entertainment spaces and are uniquely structured as part of a wider global group meaning whilst remaining a national specialist within Building Services, they can pick up and work on some of the world's largest projects.

They give their staff responsibility when they are ready, not when they hit a certain year of experience or grade. They have a young and dynamic leadership team (average age of 40) and are forward thinking when it comes to technology.

They're looking to bring in an intermediate electrical Engineer who knows their stuff. Day to day you'll be designing electrical systems, producing technical documentation and involved with projects through all phases, from tender preparation and design delivery through to construction support. If you feel up for the challenge, you'll get the chance to lead some of your own projects, supported by the wider team as/when you need it.

They work hard, but they have fun whilst they're doing it. They treat their people like adults so you can expect some flexibility on working arrangements and some great incentives/bonuses for great performance.
