Data Entry Administrator

Cefn Pty Ltd is a progressive, family-owned and operated business specialising in all aspects of pig production. We have been farming the Clifton district since 1933, and today we employ over 120 staff across multiple sites located in the Clifton, Leyburn and Yelarbon areas.

About the role

Cefn Genetics has become one of the most advanced pig breeding companies in Australia and due to recent business expansion, we are looking for a motivated Data Entry Administrator to join and support our Genetics Division. This full-time role will be based at our main office in Clifton, QLD (approximately 40 minutes from Toowoomba). Working closely with other members of the Cefn Genetics team, the successful applicant will be provided with a tailored training program to understand Cefn’s systems.

• Effective communication (both written and verbal)
• Maintain accurate and strong keyboard and data entry skills
• Exemplary time management and organisational skills including the ability to multitask
• Ability to work within a team and independently
• Computer & basic mathematical skills (Microsoft excel experience is essential)
• Ability to learn new computer systems
• Ability to work flexible hours (including some public holidays)
• A current driver’s licence
