About the Role

We are seeking exceptional candidates with experience in providing excellent customer care, volume data processing and navigating multiple systems. Reporting to a supportive and down-to-earth Team Leader, your responsibilities are:

Accurately data entry of client details into the system.

Liaise with internal team community home care workers to validate data and information.

Providing customer care via phone and email.

Working in a fun supportive multi-disciplinary health and administration team, you will bring your meticulous attention to detail and data processing skills to the role.

On Offer

up to 2 month temporary contract

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm

Supportive work environment

$31.50 - $33.00 + Super per hour
