We’re searching for an experienced and forward-thinking Product Manager to join a fast-paced team driving the development of high-impact software and hardware solutions. This is your opportunity to take ownership of the product lifecycle — from concept and design through to launch and continuous improvement.

Working side-by-side with engineering, design, commercial and executive teams, you’ll translate complex technical capabilities into streamlined, user-focused solutions. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the products meet market needs and consistently exceed expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define the long-term product vision and ensure alignment with strategic business goals
• Own and evolve the product roadmap to support new features, capabilities and platforms
• Manage and prioritise a dynamic backlog with a sharp focus on customer value
• Partner with key stakeholders across engineering, sales, marketing and executive leadership to define product requirements
• Ensure business strategy is embedded in product design and development priorities
• Write crisp user stories and acceptance criteria to guide high-performing engineering teams
• Conduct market and competitor research to keep the product suite ahead of the curve
• Lead product launches and go-to-market planning, including user feedback cycles and beta testing
• Track product performance, gather insights, and drive iteration and improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager role, ideally across both hardware and software
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• A solid understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles
• Skilled in agile workflows, product discovery, and cross-functional team collaboration
• Adept at prioritisation, decision-making, and balancing long-term vision with immediate needs
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with an analytical mindset
• Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, and modern project tracking platforms
• Self-starter with a love for technology, problem-solving, and innovation
