An exciting opportunity now exists for a Store Manager Position in our Castlemaine Store.

About Us:

Castlemaine and Kyneton Betta is a locally owned and operated business. Part of the Betta Electrical franchise with over 200 stores nationwide. Retailing TVs, Fridges, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, Furniture, Kitchen Appliances, Cooking and more.

Qualifications:

Experience in managing big box stores or related fields.

Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth.

Desire to drive and grow your team’s performance and skills.

Sound business acumen for sales, profitability, inventory and staffing.

Drivers licence -Manual Preferred.

The role:

Reporting directly to the owner, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the business. This includes assisting with marketing, stock management and liaising with suppliers.

To be successful in the role you, will need to be able to use your decision-making skills to provide positive experiences and solutions for our customers. Understanding we are aiming for long term customer relationships, not just a one and done sale is central to our ethos.

With experience in driving results, you will be able to plan your pathway to making budgets and achieving KPI’s, on a store and personal levels.

Developing and coaching your team is an essential part of the role. A corporate training framework is provided, but your ability to inspire and engage with your team will make all the difference.
