Permanent position for an Electrician with Industrial experience for work around Brisbane and Ipswich.

We are an Electrical Contracting Company that conducts installation, maintenance and breakdowns across S.E. Qld. We work in a broad range of industries including Food and Beverage, Building Materials and Steel Processing, WWTP, Agriculture and Timber, Defence and Warehousing.

Our teams are actively supported to complete work to the highest standards of safety and quality. The individual we are looking for needs to be self motivated, flexible, and compliant in their day to day duties, as well as keen to experience and learn new technologies and work with both new and existing equipment.

You will require the following prerequisites

Electrical fitter and mechanic QLD license

Industry induction white card

Current CPR/LVR certificate

Qld Police check or the ability to supply one

Australian Citizenship, living locally

Qld Drivers License

Qld Construction Induction Certificate

1 Years Post Trade experience

Experience in Industrial installations and maintenance.

Experience with Motor control wiring, PLCs and schematics

Good knowledge and understanding of Australian Standards, Qld WHS requirements

Understanding of, or Exposure to AS4024.

Available for overtime

Work at heights/EWP license desirable

Communications license desirable
