TEW Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Service Electrician who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in fault-finding, responding to breakdowns, and restoring critical infrastructure. This role involves service work across sectors such as water infrastructure, industrial plants, and government facilities.

We’ve recently opened a new satellite workshop in Brendale and are expanding our field service team across South-East Queensland. If you enjoy a balance of reactive maintenance and preventative servicing, with the flexibility to work independently and the support of a capable team, this opportunity may be for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to breakdowns, faults, and service calls across industrial and infrastructure sites

Performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on pumps, fans, dampers, and processing equipment

Troubleshooting motor control systems, PLCs, VSDs, sensors, and instrumentation

Completing minor installation and commissioning works

Maintaining accurate documentation and working safely under TEW’s WHSEQ standards

What We’re Looking For

5 years experience as a licenced electrician

Current QLD Electrical Licence

Proven experience in reactive maintenance and fault finding in industrial environments

Strong knowledge of motor control systems (VSDs, soft starters, DOL), pumps, and basic PLC systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and adapt to varying site conditions

$47.00 – $52.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
