On-Site Hearing, established in 2006, is a leading provider of workplace hearing testing services designed to ensure compliance with OH&S Regulations. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team based in suburban Melbourne for a flexible, casual role.
In this role, you will conduct hearing tests directly at client worksites, offering a diverse and stimulating work environment. If you thrive on variety and enjoy the challenge of different tasks every day, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid driver's licence (minimum age: 25 years). Towing experience is highly regarded.
- Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English.
- Strong practical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in record keeping and maintaining client confidentiality.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Drive our specialised hearing testing car/trailer combination to worksites across Greater Melbourne Metro and regional Victoria.
- Safely reverse and set up the trailer at client sites.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with client representatives.
- Conduct audiometric testing for employees, interpret results, and report findings in compliance with OH&S regulations.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace and vehicle.
- Be available for occasional night work and be willing to stay overnight when required, with accommodation provided.
