About the Role

Adelaide Laboratories is seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Technician to join our tight-knit team in a full-time, permanent role. This is a hands-on position for a skilled CAD/CAM specialist and ceramist who is passionate about quality craftsmanship, advanced technology, and excellent patient outcomes.

You will work with state-of-the-art equipment and be an integral part of a supportive, future-focused lab with a long-standing reputation for excellence.

We are opening a Full Time, permanent position for a CAD/CAM Specialist and Ceramist.

What You'll Need

✔️ Diploma of Dental Technology or equivalent

✔️ Minimum 5 years dental laboratory experience

✔️ Minimum 3 years' experience in a CAD/CAM dental lab environment

✔️ Strong proficiency in Exocad with familiarity with Amann Girrbach systems (highly regarded)

✔️ Experience with 3D printing technologies as part of production workflow

✔️ A good eye for aesthetics, shape, form, and function

✔️ A team mindset, balanced with the ability to work independently

✔️ Strong initiative and organisational skills

✔️ Commitment to quality, precision, and patient-focused outcomes

Key Responsibilities

Download and manage digital cases from various platforms

Scan dental models using 3D scanners

Design restorations using Exocad and AG CAD software

Operate CAM machinery and maintain associated equipment

Post-process a variety of materials including Zirconia, e.max, wax, titanium, and PMMA

Monitoring of due dates on all work to ensure all aspects of workflow can be completed on time.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000, commensurate with skill and experience
