Adelaide Periodontal and Implant Professionals are looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join and support our dedicated team.
We are seeking a great communicator and a leader who is focused on providing excellent patient service, while also possessing high level administrative skills. The right applicant will be a person who leads by example - is dependable and responsible, caring with a warm manner and enjoys the comradery of joining a supportive group striving for excellence. This position will suit someone with reception skills who now wants to take a step up in their career in a privately owned and very well-regarded specialist practice. We are committed to training and "upskilling" the right person.

About us
Adelaide Periodontal and Implant Professionals is a long established and well known Periodontal and Dental Implant Practice located on Pulteney St in Adelaide and is close to a wide range of public transport options. We have recently grown to six periodontists operating out of large dental rooms which are very modern with state-of-the art equipment. We pride ourselves on our integrity and caring attitude towards patients. We owe our reputation to our dedicated staff whom we value extremely highly. This approach and our reputation has seen our practice grow quickly - hence the need for an additional receptionist.

Tasks will include:

Welcoming our patients

Answering phones

Managing payments and making appointments. Our practice utilises Dental 4 Windows software, however one-on-one training will be provided for the successful applicant.

A range of administrative duties ie liaising with referring dentists, diary management, scanning, sending emails and reports, processing Hicaps etc.

The position is full time but with the potential to work a nine day fortnight. Adelaide Periodontal and Implant Professionals does not open on the weekend.

The successful candidate will have the following:

High level communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

A calm and caring demeanour.

Previous dental experience desirable.

We believe this is an excellent opportunity. Remuneration is negotiable and will depend on experience but Adelaide Periodontal and Implant Professionals has always ensured that we remunerate and look after our people very well.
