We’re currently working with a commercial construction company renowned for delivering high-quality builds across education, healthcare, industrial, and government sectors. With a strong pipeline of work, they’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their close-knit team.

With an experienced team, loyal sub-contractors, and 70+ in house trades this company has responded to the market extremely well over the last 5 years and positioned themselves well for continued future growth.

The Role As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects up to $15M – from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets and timelines, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery across a range of commercial builds up to $15m
• Coordinate and lead project teams, site staff, and subcontractors
• Manage programs, cost plans, and risks
• Build strong client relationships and represent the business professionally
• Report regularly to senior management on project progress

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering commercial refurbishment or construction projects in Australia
• Solid understanding on Australian Standard contracts & building practises
• Background in construction management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a relevant degree/trade qualification
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solution-focused, positive attitude
