At Specsavers Swan Hill, we're a fresh, fun, and dynamic team with 18 years combined experience in the industry, dedicated to providing exceptional eye care and eyewear to our valued customers. Since opening our brand-new practice with state-of-the-art equipment in early April 2025, we are committed to delivering the highest standard of service in a modern and welcoming environment.

Our team thrives on a strong partnership built on passion, commitment, and continuous professional development. We’re now looking to expand our team and invite an Optical Assistant who shares our passion and commitment to join us. Currently, we are open Monday to Saturday, with the potential to extend our hours to Sundays in the near future.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly, helpful and professional manner.

Assisting customers with frame selection, lens options, and other optical products.

Conducting pre-screening tests and measurements to support the optometrist's examination.

Maintaining a clean and organised store environment.

Ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Providing administrative support as needed, such as data entry and order processing.
