About the role

Zambrero is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store located in St Albans, VIC. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the overall success and profitability of the store.

What you'll be doing

Manage the store's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting

Ensure excellent customer service by providing guidance and support to the sales team

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed target sales goals

Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement

Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team

Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising

Collaborate with the regional management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a manager in Fast Food/Retail with relevant qualification or Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a manager in Fast Food/Retail

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve store performance

Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and merchandising

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
