We're expanding our Sydney team and are looking for a passionate, people-focused Solar Design Consultant to help homeowners unlock the benefits of solar. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Work with warm, qualified leads – no cold calling required.

Utilize state-of-the-art design tools such as Pylon, OpenSolar, and Nearmaps to develop efficient and compliant solar systems. Tailor design proposals to individual customers, providing precise bill estimates and highlighting potential savings.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and customizing solutions according to specific needs.

Keep up to date with industry advancements and technologies to ensure our customers receive the highest quality solar solutions.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in solar system design, with proficiency in Pylon, OpenSolar, or Nearmaps being advantageous.

A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to helping customers transition to solar while meeting sales targets.

Outstanding interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
