We’re seeking an experienced and motivated E&I Supervisor to join our Mine Owner client’s team on a major gold plant expansion and upgrade project in Western Australia's Goldfields region. This is a dayshift-only FIFO opportunity (9/5 roster) with 10-hour shifts, excellent conditions, and an immediate start.

The Role:

As E&I Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for leading electrical and instrumentation teams through construction, completions, and commissioning phases. You’ll ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec while coordinating subcontractors, preparing test packs, and overseeing QA/QC processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Trade-qualified background – Electrical or Mechanical
• 2–5 years’ E&I Supervisory experience on Construction/Industrial/Maintenance/Mine sites in WA
• Commissioning experience on mine process plants and circuits is essential
• Solid experience with construction & completions, NoE plans, Test pack preparation, QA/QC documentation and compliance, Proven subcontractor & trades supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

• Cert IV in Instrumentation
• Cert IV in Hazardous Areas
• HV Switching Competency
• S26 (Preferred), or S44 (Acceptable)
