What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing, trimming, and portioning a range of premium meat products

Maintaining accuracy and consistency in cuts and packaging

Working to HACCP standards and maintaining a clean, safe workspace

Supporting the team with daily production and quality control

Contributing to a culture of professionalism, pride, and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years' experience as a qualified butcher

Strong knowledge of meat cuts, portioning, and presentation techniques

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work both independently and in a team

A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Familiarity with HACCP and food safety standards
